My approach is holistic – I believe in the mind, body, spirit connection and achieve optimal results through a combination of treatments, such as; reflexology, spinal reflexology, aromareflex, aromatherapy and therapeutic massage. I use the best organic or natural products and protocols sourced locally and from around the world. I focus on positive healing energy which begins with me as practitioner and allows that energy to flow through to my clients.
